Configuration settings are found on the Node Type Edit forms.

The user must create a Mini Panel and add a Required Node Context before configuring the node type to use it.

Mini Panel content is sent to the $content variable in node templates by default.

Option allows to "Disable default node template" using a new provided template, "node-teaser-panel.tpl.php" that only contains the DIV node wrapper and <?php print $content; ?>.

Installation:

Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')
Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules
